Payment Instructions & Details
- A deposit of $30 will be required upon scheduling your appointment. The remainder will be due on the date of service. If there is no remainder based on the type of service you have selected, consider your payment complete.
- We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice (1 day before your appointment). For example, if your appointment is set for a Monday, please make any changes no later than the Sunday before. We appreciate appointments being confirmed 24 hours in advance. In the event that you need to cancel after this time, a non-refundable fee of $30 will apply. However, you are welcome to reschedule at no extra cost. We value your understanding and cooperation as we strive to accommodate all our clients' needs.
- We accept cash or Cash App ($NlopBeauty) as forms of payment. Additionally, card payments are accepted; however, a $5 fee will be applied for card transactions.
Refund Policy
At Nlop Beauty Studio, we are committed to ensuring that all clients are completely satisfied with the services provided. We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your requested service for any adjustments or touch-ups before departing. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be issued once services have been rendered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund policy
Cancellation Policy
- You may use your deposit to reschedule your existing appointment within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Please respond to the confirmation text/email the day before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
Late Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Excessive lateness of 30 minutes or more will result in a $15 fee. Your punctuality and communication are greatly appreciated.
Training Policy
- All training deposits are non-refundable.
- To secure your chosen training date, a $100 deposit is required. The deposit must be sent within 24 hours after booking via Zelle at 917-504-0399 or Cash App at $NlopBeauty.
- You are allowed to reschedule a training class ONCE. However, you must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your selected training date. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your training class, and you will be considered a no-show.
- The remaining balance for any training session will be due in cash, Cash App at $NlopBeauty, or Zelle at 917-504-0399
